FireflyAI provides infrastructure for content creators to publish and monetise their work. We do not produce or editorially control creator content. This policy defines what creators may and may not publish on our platform. Creators accept this policy when they sign the Creator Agreement.
What Is Allowed
Generally permitted content
Educational, informational, and commentary content on any subject not prohibited below.
Entertainment, storytelling, and creative fiction.
Fitness, wellness, health, and lifestyle content.
News, opinion, and political commentary — provided it does not incite violence or hatred.
Adult content between consenting adults 18+, subject to the age-restriction requirements below.
Content discussing controversial or sensitive topics handled with appropriate context and care.
Age-Restricted Content Requirements
If your channel includes explicit sexual content (nudity, sexual acts) between consenting adults, you must:
Enable the "Adult content" toggle in your channel settings before publishing any such episode.
Hold signed age-verification documentation for every individual depicted — minimum age 18. Documents must be produced within 48 hours of a request from FireflyAI.
Clearly label each episode containing explicit material with a content warning.
Not use misleading thumbnails or titles designed to surface adult content to general audiences or minors.
Comply with applicable Indian and international law governing adult content distribution.
Absolutely Prohibited — Zero Tolerance
Violations in this section result in immediate termination and law-enforcement referral where required
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexual content — real, drawn, AI-generated, or otherwise — depicting individuals under 18 years of age. This includes content that sexualises minors even without explicit imagery. We are legally required to report this and will do so within 24 hours of identification.
Non-consensual intimate imagery: Sexual content featuring a real, identifiable person published without their freely given, informed, and documented consent (commonly called "revenge porn").
Terrorism and violent extremism: Content that promotes, recruits for, glorifies, funds, or provides material support to any terrorist organisation or act of mass violence.
Human trafficking and sexual exploitation: Content that facilitates, advertises, or normalises the trafficking of persons or sexual exploitation of any individual.
Credible threats of violence: Content that constitutes a specific, credible threat of violence against a named or identifiable individual.
Prohibited Content — Policy Violations
The following will result in immediate content removal. Repeat violations or egregious single violations may result in account termination.
Illegal content
Content that violates any applicable Indian statute or ordinance, or international law applicable to the creator's jurisdiction.
Content that facilitates illegal drug purchase, manufacture, or trafficking.
Content that facilitates financial fraud, including Ponzi schemes, pump-and-dump, or phishing.
Content that reproduces or distributes copyrighted material without authorisation (see DMCA Policy).
Harassment and abuse
Content whose primary purpose is to harass, humiliate, or incite a coordinated attack against a private individual.
Doxxing: Publishing private personal information (home address, phone number, financial accounts, ID documents) of individuals without their consent.
Content that outs individuals regarding their sexuality, gender identity, religion, health status, or immigration status without their consent.
Misinformation and deception
Deliberate impersonation of another person, brand, or official authority in a deceptive manner.
Fabricated medical claims presented as established fact that could cause direct harm to viewers.
Content designed to deceive viewers in a manner that causes financial, physical, or reputational harm.
Hate speech
Content that dehumanises individuals or groups on the basis of religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Content that calls for discrimination against a protected group.
Use of slurs to attack individuals or groups.
Use of AI-Generated Content
AI content — additional requirements
Creators using AI-generated imagery or audio featuring real identifiable individuals must clearly disclose this and ensure the content does not misrepresent the individual's words or actions.
AI-generated content that depicts sexual acts must comply with all age-verification requirements as if it were real footage.
Deepfakes of real people in sexual scenarios without documented consent are prohibited regardless of whether the individuals are adults.
Enforcement
FireflyAI takes the following enforcement actions:
Warning: Issued for minor first-time violations with an opportunity to cure.
Content removal: The specific violating episode or asset is removed. Channel access is maintained.
Temporary suspension: Channel is suspended pending review for serious or repeat violations.
Permanent termination: Account is closed permanently for zero-tolerance violations or persistent policy breaches.
Law-enforcement referral: Required by law for CSAM; exercised at our discretion for other criminal content.
Creators may appeal enforcement actions (except zero-tolerance violations) by contacting legal@fireflyfitai.com within 14 days. We will respond within 15 business days.

If you encounter content on any FireflyAI-hosted channel that you believe violates this policy, please report it:
For CSAM or content involving a child, also report directly to CBI Cybercrime (cybercrime.gov.in) and NCMEC CyberTipline (missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline/).
