If you have identified content that sexually depicts a minor (Child Sexual Abuse Material), contact us immediately at abuse@fireflyfitai.com with "EMERGENCY — CSAM" in the subject line. We will act within 24 hours.

FireflyAI complies with valid orders from competent government and judicial authorities within the timelines prescribed by Indian law. Law-enforcement agencies should direct requests to legal@fireflyfitai.com.
We will not comply with requests that are not properly authorised by a court or government authority. We will, to the extent permitted by law, notify affected users of orders that affect their accounts.
FireflyAI operates as an intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Content on FireflyAI-hosted channels is published by independent creators who have agreed to our Creator Agreement. FireflyAI does not produce, curate, or endorse creator content. Our safe-harbor protections under Section 79 of the IT Act are contingent on our acting expeditiously on valid notices — which we are committed to doing.
